For centuries, Guatemalan people have used cooking as a way to connect with their family, ancestors, and heritage. To celebrate this tradition, and the delicious tastes of Guatemala, we asked Hilda, our technical trainer, to teach us how to make ejote in pepitoria- green beans with pumpkin seeds- a traditional food passed down from generations before!
