Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Estimates:
- U.S. Orders: 2-7 business days.
- International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
Shipping Methods
We partner with UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide various shipping services. At checkout, you will select the option that best fits your needs regarding the estimated delivery date and cost. Note that delivery estimates include the 1-2 business days required for order processing.
International Shipping
- We ship to select countries. If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at operations@mercadoglobal.org to confirm availability.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking & Notifications
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
- If your order is delayed due to carrier or customs issues, we are not liable but will assist in tracking updates.

- Damaged or defective items: Contact operations@mercadoglobal.org with photos within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns & Refunds: Items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
