Mercado Global accepts the following payment methods at the moment:
All items (excluding sale items) are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a refund will not be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we’ve received your item and if your request has been approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
If you’ve checked your bank account and still haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please contact your credit card company and your bank as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at operations@mercadoglobal.org.
All sale items are final sales. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. If you used a promo code on a regularly priced item, you can return your item for the price paid.
Mercado Global products are handcrafted and stock quantities are limited. If you wish to exchange your item for something else, please include this request in your initial Return Request email or phone call to ensure we have it in stock. Exchanges are permitted on all regularly priced products, including sale items if it's deemed defective or damaged. Follow return instructions to as stated in the Shipping section on this page.
We suggest that you return item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number. Please make sure the shipping is prepaid as you (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs. Complimentary shipping will only be provided if the item you received was damaged or defective. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
