This position is an essential leader in the development of strategic partnerships and in the generation of streams of revenue for Mercado Global.

The Intern will report to Mercado Global’s Graphic Designer and Site Manager. The internship will be focused on supporting the organization's transition to the new Google Analytics 4 (GA4) platform and setting-up best practices for the account on Google Ads Grants. The intern will support tracking the analytics and promoting conversions for ecommerce, fundraising, corporate networking, and boutique wholesale. The Intern will also assist in other marketing initiatives such as creating newsletters, website support, and social media campaigns. Through your work at Mercado Global, you will be exposed to brands like Levi's and Reformation, and retailers like Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew, amongst others. Your work will expand our current portfolio, including among our boutique partners.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Product Development Intern will be based in our office in Panajachel, Guatemala, or remotely. Throughout the year, Mercado Global accepts a limited number of interns at both our Brooklyn and Guatemala offices.
